Went to tawn at people's house yesterday... Fun...
And I was late for Sakura at Downtown East... Paiseh... LoL... The food not bad... I Like...
Did Christmas present exchange.. Hopefully you guys like the presents :)
After that walked around PS awhile before heading home..
Went to relative's house to play mahjong again.... And won $41.60!!! :D
Went to relative's house to celebrate Christmas.. Well not really celebrating Christmas but just went there and have dinner and played mahjong... Won $4.70 :)
Before that in the afternoon, I went to buy stuff at PS Carrefour and I went to queue up at the express lane cashier counter, and the queue was rather long.. But it came to my turn quite soon... Just before me was a group of Philipinos.. The cashier entered all their items into 1 receipt but 1 of them said that she wanted separate payment. So okay, the cashier called the supervisor to void the item off, which took a few minutes for the supervisor to arrive. After that the cashier entered the items for the female Philipino.. She bought books and the cashier tried to scanned it but the barcode couldn't work, so she phoned for a supervisor to come and help her... Waited and waited but I'm not sure how long it was but it was rather long... And an auntie behind me started to become impatient, saying:
"This is ridiculous, this is an express lane and yet I have to wait for more than 15 min!"
She was damn angry... After awhile she slammed her items on the ground(She was holding a big bucket with detergent bottles inside), she still continued to wait... But after that, one of her sister I suppose came to her and she told her to queue another lane.. And said:
"I wanna feedback.. Where is the feedback form?!"
And she stormed off to the information counter to write on the feedback form... A couple was behind me and the babe told her hunk:
"The cashier got some problems, then have to wait until so long. Bla bla bla.."
Forgot what else she said, but after the auntie walked off, the Philipinos have settled their payment and it came to my turn.. The couple told the cashier: "No worries."... After paying, I walked pass the information counter and saw her writing on the feedback form and she threw the pen after writing the feedback form and she handed it over to the information counter girl.. Not sure how she gave it to her cause she was already out of my sight...
I wasn't angry with the cashier cause I understand how she feels. I worked as a cashier in PS Carrefour before and I had experiences like this before. I had customers scolding me for taking so long, bla bla, but can you really blame me/us? It is on a weekend and the supervisors are already busy themselves, of course there will be a delay in service. What do you expect us to do? Serve you first? Even so, I also have to let my supervisor to void the sales before I can attend to you. You really have no sense of humanity by commiting such an act.
Went to Upper Thomson Road to have brunch at friend's sister's restaurant... Ate until full
Then later went to Bugis, which was raining damn heavily and nearly got drenched... Sat inside Starbucks for awhile for the rain to stop...
Took a bus to Marina and then walked around... Bought a jacket :)
Then took train to Newton to eat... $103!!!!!!
